Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of masterofdigital.com/ (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by MASTER OF DIGITAL (“Master of Digital”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with the permission of a parent or guardian. You’re responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for everything done through your account.

2. Our products

We sell digital products: software license keys, subscription codes and gift cards. When you buy a key or code, you receive the right to redeem it with the publisher (for example Microsoft or Adobe). Your use of the software or service is governed by the publisher’s own license terms, which you accept when you activate the product. We are not the publisher, and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

We make every effort to describe products accurately, including edition, duration and region. If something is unclear, contact us before buying.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include any fees we charge. Your bank or crypto provider may charge its own fees.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cryptocurrency, card payments and your Master of Digital wallet balance.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
• We may correct pricing errors. If a product was listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and delivery

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. Delivery is digital, as described in our Delivery Policy. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or can’t deliver it.

5. Wallet balance

• You can add funds to your wallet and use them to pay for orders on the Site.
• Top-ups are reviewed before being credited to your balance.
• Wallet balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and can only be used on the Site or transferred using the Site’s own transfer feature.
• Unused balance can be refunded as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
• We may freeze or reverse balance obtained through fraud, errors or chargebacks.

6. Refunds

Refunds and replacements are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use stolen payment methods or commit any kind of fraud;
• open chargebacks for orders that were delivered and working;
• attempt to access other users’ accounts or interfere with the Site’s operation;
• use the Site for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Liability

We’re responsible for delivering working products as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of US, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
