We sell digital products — software keys, subscriptions and gift cards — that are delivered instantly and can’t be physically returned. This policy explains when you’re entitled to a replacement or a refund, and how to ask for one.
Our guarantee
Every order is covered by our 100% delivery guarantee: if you don’t receive what you paid for, or it doesn’t work as described, we will replace it or refund you in full.
When you’re entitled to a replacement or refund
- Your order was not delivered within the time stated in our Delivery Policy.
- The key or code is invalid, already used, or rejected by the publisher (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.).
- You received a different product, edition, duration or region than the one you ordered.
- The product does not match its description on our website.
Report the problem within 15 days of delivery. We usually respond within 24 hours and resolve most cases within 48 hours.
When refunds are not available
Because a code can be used the moment it’s revealed, we can’t offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the code has been delivered or revealed.
- Incompatibility with your device when the system requirements were listed on the product page.
- Codes that were activated successfully and later lost, shared, or used on another account.
- Problems caused by breaking the publisher’s license terms (for example, violating Microsoft’s or Adobe’s terms of use).
If you’re unsure whether a product will work for you, contact us before buying — we’re happy to check.
How to request a refund or replacement
- Email contact@masterofdigital.com or message us on Telegram (@MasterrDigital).
- Include your order number, the product, and a short description of the problem.
- If the publisher showed an error, include a screenshot of the error message — it helps us solve it faster.
Where possible, we’ll first try to fix the problem or send a replacement code. If we can’t, we’ll refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
- Card payments: refunded to the original card. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
- Cryptocurrency payments: refunded in cryptocurrency for the USD amount you paid, to a wallet address you provide. Network (gas) fees for sending the refund are covered by us.
- Wallet balance payments: refunded to your Master of Digital wallet.
With your agreement, any refund can instead be credited to your wallet balance, which is usually instant.
Wallet balance
Unused wallet balance can be refunded on request within 90 days of the top-up, using the method you paid with. Balance that has already been spent on orders is covered by the rules above for each order.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — we can almost always solve the problem faster. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered and working may lead to your account being suspended.
